Clients may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partial months already billed.
Yearly Subscriptions
Clients may cancel at any time before renewal.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used.
After 14 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable.
Contractual Subscriptions
If a formal contract has been signed for a subscription service (monthly or yearly), the client agrees to maintain the subscription for the full contract period.
Cancellation during the contract period is not permitted unless explicitly allowed under the terms of the contract.
Early termination may result in penalties or fees as outlined in the signed agreement.
Payments for custom projects are based on agreed contracts and milestones.
Once a milestone is delivered and accepted, payments for that milestone are non-refundable.
Cancellation of ongoing projects must be requested in writing. Fees for completed work up to the cancellation date remain payable.
Product & Service Delivery
SaaS services are delivered immediately upon subscription activation.
Custom services are delivered according to project timelines agreed with the client.
Hypersoft Solution is not responsible for delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., incomplete information, third-party dependencies).
Force Majeure (Natural Disasters & Unforeseen Events):
Hypersoft Solution shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to deliver services caused by events beyond our reasonable control,
including but not limited to natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms), pandemics, fires, strikes, government actions, or failures of third-party providers.
In such cases, services will be resumed as soon as reasonably possible once the event has been resolved.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate billing information to avoid delays.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
Services already rendered or substantially used.
Downtime or interruptions caused by third-party providers beyond Hypersoft Solution's control.
Misuse of services or violation of Terms & Conditions.
Policy Updates
Hypersoft Solution reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
